Mini-Split systems, also known as ductless air conditioners, offer a versatile solution for both heating and cooling your home. They consist of three main components: an outdoor unit, an indoor evaporator, and a wireless remote. Nippy's works on all brands!
- Ductwork — Mini splits don't require ductwork, while traditional air conditioners do.
- Temperature control — Mini splits allow you to set different temperatures for each room or zone, while traditional air conditioners regulate the entire home to a single temperature.

We offer 24/7 service, with $120 service calls for regular 8am–5pm calls, and $180 service calls for nights and weekends. If we do the work, the service charge will go towards the repair bill. We offer financing options through Synchrony Bank
Free Estimates: Nippy's provides free estimates that are good for 3 months. We are certified dealers for Trane, York, Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin, specializing in 2–5 ton units. We service ALL other brands as well.
